Documents required at the time of admission

1. Duly filled in Registration form
2. Original Birth Certificate / Original TC
3. Previous two years report cards
4. Vaccination card of the child
5. Blood group report of the child
6. 6 passport size photographs of child
7. 1 passport size photo of each parent
8. Address proof
